Help With Outlook Express

Posted 10 November 2003 - 11:42 PM

For some reason, outlook express takes forever to load. Its been doing this for a few months now. It used to load very quickly before - now it takes like at least 5mins - and it seems like its crashing untill it finally loads. Anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Happened to my girlfriend's computer.

Change the dial-up connection settings to "never dial a connection" (or something else if it's already set to that), then change them back.

when this happened to me, i uninstalled MS Outlook (NOT Outlook Express) an that seemed to help.

Microsoft products just suck.

Thunderbird kicks ass cept when you have a lot of email accounts and / or a Pocket PC , becuase the sync features between a PPC and Outlook are Very nice.
