Record Store... def. play badass music all day and hopefully cool people would come in. It'd have to be a cool record store though - not some shit in the mall that sells pop.

the awesome one in town is so selective that the only way you get hired is if one of the employees dies or moves away. Then the new employee is always a groupie of the shop that everyone is friends with. ITS THE ONLY WAY.
