Coding problems... & those would be? Would you mind posting a question about the code, or what problems you are experiencing?

Thanks, & welcome to Dream In code!

I see no php code.

When you do have code to post, use the code tags. That little button that says CODE on it will create them for you:
[ code ] your code here [ /code ]

How do I get the code to open the Dedicated Requests Folder on this website...... I keep getting an error message when attempting to link to the HTML to the PHP to make this work. What we are trying to do is to get the individual to be able to request music on a handicapped music website, so that people may request music, and actually it won't open the folder. They cannot make a request, they cannot leave a message about the request.

Thank you for helping in anyway you can.

In the folder for each html file, there is a duplicate file named php, I do not know how to use it.

The PHP engine uses it... By duplicate do you mean literally, the html file just has a different file extension? Meaning rather than dot html, it's dot php, & the data, the code is exactly the same?
