Searching with PHP files in Windows XP pc

Is there a way to search within PHP and ASP and other web files on a Windows XP pc, as i have tried to and it does not find my search query!

how do i get XP to search these fiels extentions ?

to search for all php files, open the search and type *.php and the windows search will find all php files on your hard disk... hope this helps, good luck ;)
