There you have it. Little company, little penis, and needs money to compensate. I especially liked the part where they handed IBM 100-some cds filled with images of printed Linux source code, saying "it's in there, you tell us where." I jumed up and said wtf, i mean common. If you're gonna go against IBM, for heavens sake, please know you're on about. Then they go off and say, quoted, " that it couldn't provide any specific claims of infringement or misappropriation without first being provided by IBM with all of its source code to all releases of AIX (IBM UNIX™) along with truckloads of related documents and information." That's just saying, "uhh yeah, we've never seen your code, but i know you included our code in there. somewhere. So, uhh, could we see every bit of code from everything you've ever made so we can find it?" I'm no courtroom master, or lawyer, or O/S coder either, but i know stupid when i see it. Good call on the judge tho, she's set SCO up for bankruptcy.
