Error message

Hi, what does this error message when I try and debug a form?

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I seem to get it every time I try and use a global variable. As soon as I make the variable local, the error seems to disappear.

I thought global variables could be accessed in from each Sub Procedure (only doing event-driven programming / not up to OOP yet!)

Thanks
:)

It means you have declared a variable to hold an object, but not assigned an object of that type to the variable.

Please post your code.
