Got any good tips for a beginner?

Hi, I just started a few months ago, but I can barely write a script or code, if you could just give me a few easy tips on how to create a working code and how to make a .exe file that will open my C++/C files so I can use them for what I am trying to make them for?

remember the only way to learn to program is by writing porgrams, making mistakes and fixing them!
