is there any website that can convert java coding to C# without downloading or buying the software?

cause i can only find VB to C#

That's because none exist that I'm aware of, you're going to have to convert it by hand. Just for my peace of mind, is this something you found for a homework assignment (couldn't find an example in C#) now you want someone to convert it so you can turn it in?
