This guy did.

His solution: Use a fork lift to move except.

Except he obviously didn't know how to use it considering he dropped the car twice and took off running from the cops.

Lol would have been better if it was a high speed chase on the towmotor instead of just runnin away. I mean if you're gonna run why run n foot when you've got a piece of machinery that you can fork people with.

Follow this advice only if it's worth doing time for. As I'm sure it's not legal.

If someone takes your parking spot, bust their license plate lights, & remove their registration sticker. You'll sleep better knowing that they are going to get hassled until they get it taken care of.
