I need help in implementing steganography on how to process the pixels of the image and how to insert the data in to image. I have a doubt regarding how we can again make it out of the image.

Turns out we have a tutorial on the subject done by William Wilson.

Steganography is really not very hard in principal. In practice there are some things that can make it a little difficult. Using steganography over loss compression is problematic since you need a way to preserve the data though a lossy process. It is however achievable.

Steganography is an area where you can go for simple (keeping things from your kid sister) to the ultra-mathematical (keeping things from powerful governments). The more protection you need the more sophisticated a system you will want to use.
