Today's the day, or at least the mini-day before the big day. It could be the last time I see my beloved Reds tied for 1st until April 2010. I'm savoring the moment.

Im from DC and Im no bandwagon jumper. I pull for my city, no matter how poorly they play!

I used to go see the Indians in the 80's for like $2, b/c there was no one there. Then in the 90's suddenly everyone & their brother have been life long fans. *rolls eyes*

Now we have a team in Akron, b/c we stole them from Canton. So I can just see local games.

I used to get pissed because when they had games on Thursday nights they would shut down the road through down town that I took for the Akron Linux User's Group meetings. The location for those meetings has changed now.
