Post icon  Posted 27 March 2009 - 06:33 AM

Hai Good Day :D ,

I am using Outlook Express 6 (MSIMN), Windows XP 2 Prof. I have one problem is that when i click print (or right click on the email message---> print or File-->Print) it refuses to work as no click made. i tried many times but failed. But print works for attachement in the message.

Do i need to re install OS. Withou reinstalling OS is there any solution like altering the value in registry edit or in gpedit.

Please help me in this regard.

Thanks in advance

Considering you mentioned you had SP2, I would suggest updating to SP3 in anycase. Their was a bug a little while back that related to printing within Express. I was unable to find the exact problem on MS site, but I remember coming acorss it.

Besides that you can try and reinstall Express via "Add and Remove Programs" then selecting Windows Componets.
