I'm curious about how much caffeine everyone take's on a daily basis. On a normal day, I take around 300 milligrams.
On a day when i have alot to get done. I take around 800 milligrams. Whats about you?

I drink about a litre of pepsi max a day. Thats nothing except water, flavouring and caffeine really. Not sure how many mgs though.

According to Wikipedia it's basically Pepsi One, but One is flavoured slightly differently for the US market.

I'm not a big coffee guy, I usually have a low-carb Monster in the morning to give my self a little kick in the rear, then i drink water the rest of the day.

I usually drink a homemade Latte in the mornings - better and cheaper than starbucks. 1-2 Mt. Dews or Pepsi's throughout the work day.

Hmm, this site ( http://www.energyfie.../diet-pepsi-max ) is fairly amusing and seems to have most stuff. I went to ( http://www.pepsico.c...ola-Brands.aspx ) where they show it. It's not marketed as "Diet" so much in my area and the bottle looks like the last one shown.

Presumably ( http://www.pepsiusa.com/ ) might have more info, but it's just a big ugly Flash site from my end and never shows content. Web site entirely done in Flash = FAIL.

I usually drink 6 - 7 cups of coffee a day,
which equates to about 700mg of caffeine.

Sometimes i get cravings later and make another 4 - 6 cups ( 700mg + 400mg = 1100mg || 700 + 600 = 1300mg!!)
