Volunteer for Homerun Commercial C#/asp.net project

We are assembling a team to develop a completely unique web application with the potential for multiple revenue streams. This project will be challenging and requires expert planning experience, programming skills, understanding of entrepreneurial endevors and an aggressive approach to writing commented code. Project management experience is a plus, but we are not seeking a non-coding management type.

The company has already completed the recruitment of competent professional managers (including the former CEO of a public company) in diverse areas such as corporate operations, administration, marketing, network and web infrastructure and legal. We have relationships with venture sources and believe access to capital upon successful completion of a prototype.

This is a unique opportunity to become a founder of company with the potential to achieve $100 million annual revenues. Currently the company's offices are in the Chicago financial district (Loop) however, successrful candidates may reside and work off site. A tight NDA will be required before discussions of project details occur.

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

I see the word "Volunteers" in the title so am I to assume you're looking for professional developers to work for free, with the possibility (slight) chance of getting some of that money down the road. is that how this works? I for one have a family (and many of here do as well) and "money down the road" doesn't make the house payment, gas in the cars or even food on the table.

I'm MCAD and MCSD Certified in both C# and VB.NET, so you need to provide a bit more information here :)
