Need An App To Monitor My Wireless Comp.

Posted 01 December 2004 - 11:55 AM

Is there any programs out there that allow me to monitor (in live time) what is happening on my wireless computer from my desktop?

The desktop has wireless internet coming from the desktop. (well coming from the wireless router.....but you get the idea)

Thanks for your time.

Are you interested in monitoring the performance and status of the computer?

There are applications out there that use NTLM (??) to monitor the health of various systems.

No just usage............like messenger conversations..........and primarily the incoming messages. I know there are keysavers for the outgoing stuff.

I guess the ideal program would open up a window and you would see whatever the laptop screen is showing......almost like a video camera.

Oh, that's simple enough, if it's Windows you can just use Remote Desktop... if that won't work there are a TON of remote desktop applications out there. Do a google search and see what you come up with. I have an old 800mhz laptop and I remote desktop my 1.3ghz desktop... it's just like having all the power on the laptop... without paying to upgrade :-)
